When Akshat briefed us on Sawai, a luxury real estate project priced at ₹20–25 crore per unit, we knew Jaipur wasn’t just getting homes, it was getting a new standard of living. Our strategy began with branding rooted in aspiration and quiet confidence; crafted to speak directly to the city’s emerging elite.
We chose a phased marketing approach: high-gloss events, targeted print ads, and digital campaigns aimed at HNIs across India and abroad. Influencer videos and editorial-style visuals gave the brand a modern, luxurious edge. Even platform choices were intentional - no LinkedIn noise, just curated touchpoints on Meta for precision and exclusivity.
What made this project unique wasn’t just the price—it was how we helped justify it. From enhancing the 4BHK layouts with architect-led tweaks to crafting a lead system that prioritized intent over volume, everything worked in sync. In six months, 50% of the inventory was gone—and Jaipur had met its new benchmark for luxury.
