Targeting an affluent market segment, Aushadh planned to launch its product line with prices ranging from ₹2,200 to ₹5,000 per liter, offering infused flavors like charcoal, saffron, and even gold.
To match the product’s premium positioning, Aushadh sought a unique brand identity and packaging design that would resonate with discerning customers and stand out in the competitive FMCG sector.
When Aushadh came to us, they weren’t selling just ghee—they were offering a ritual in a jar. To justify their premium price, we needed to design an identity steeped in heritage, yet refined enough for the luxury shelf.

We swapped the expected glass jars for ceramic barnis—custom-colored, non-porous, and handcrafted to evoke nostalgia. Each jar carried a brass-etched logo and storytelling tags that explained not just what’s inside, but why it matters. The result wasn’t packaging—it was presence. It turned ghee into a conversation starter.
What made this project so unique was the harmony between form and function. The design protected the product, the branding amplified its value, and the message spoke directly to a health-conscious, discerning buyer.
