CREDIA Rajasthan is a state chapter of the national organization, CREDIA India, which represents real estate developers and builders across the country. Every year, CREDIA Rajasthan hosts a property expo to showcase prominent real estate projects to potential buyers. However, with the COVID-19 pandemic causing disruptions in 2020, the organization faced a major challenge: how to continue its flagship event while adhering to safety protocols.
When the pandemic hit, CREDIA Rajasthan faced a big question: how do you host a property expo when no one can step outside? We knew the answer wasn’t just going digital—it was reimagining real estate marketing entirely. So, we built a virtual expo that felt less like a compromise and more like an upgrade.
Our strategy was bold—because it had to be. We merged sleek digital infrastructure with unconventional promotions like walking billboards and hyper-targeted social media ads. The graphics and UX were clean, intuitive, and conversion-focused. It wasn’t just about looking good—it was about making every click count.
What made this project unique was how we shifted mindsets. Convincing real estate veterans to go virtual wasn’t easy—but the results spoke volumes. With 250+ developers onboard and over 5,000 quality leads in just seven days, we didn’t just run an event—we launched a movement in digital real estate marketing.
