Nature Amaltas is the firm’s second residential housing project.

When we first began working on Nature Amaltas, what struck us was the sheer attention to detail the developer, Atul Arora, brought to every aspect of construction, from material choices to on-site execution.

We knew right away that this wasn’t a project that needed gimmicks; it needed clarity, consistency, and credibility. So rather than going the route of loud promotional claims, we anchored our strategy in a simple, powerful message: “The finest in Jagatpura.” That one line became our guiding star across all touchpoints from advertising to the on-ground experience because it was true, tangible, and easy for people to feel when they visited the site.

Visually, we stayed away from overdesigning. The graphics were clean, premium, and rooted in nature-inspired aesthetics, mirroring the brand’s name and philosophy.

We didn’t lean heavily into technical sustainability messaging as the IGBC certification spoke for itself. Rest, we let the quality of design do the talking. The digital strategy focused on clear messaging amplified across social media, google Search, and select outdoor placements.

We didn’t promise the moon, we simply stood by the excellence of what was already being built, and that honest positioning ended up setting a benchmark in the local market.

What made this project stand out, both for us and for the client, was that it shifted the tone of competition. By establishing a premium pricing standard in a mid-segment area, we led the way for others to follow. That’s not something you can force it happens when every element of your branding aligns with the reality on ground.
